In recent seasons, has been the coach of BQ Martinenc in 1st Catalan Division and in Edinburgh Phoenix in Scotland and of the U15 and U16 Scotland National Team, after spending also by the CB Cornellà (where he was assistant coach of the EBA League team, among other teams).

In addition, he has also served as coordinator in the CB Gregal and BQ Martinenc, and has organized since 2005 to 2008 the Tours in Spain to the U16 and U18 Scotland National Teams.

Romero speaks english and german, thus greatly appreciates the opportunity to train outside Spain.
