Raúl Franch is one of the coaches fashionable lower divisions of catalan basketball, chosen like the best coach in Catalonia by Coaches Catalan Association in 08-09. 

During the past three years, this technical diploma in teaching physical education has led to one of the modest teams in 1st National Division "Copa Catalunya" to shoulder with the best in the category, being runner in the 05-06 season, qualified for the final four in the 06-07, finishing fourth in the 07-08 group 1 and champion in 08-09.

This superior coach also amount already several promotions category, such as those achieved with CB Vilassar de Dalt from 3rd to 2nd Catalan Division in 01-02 and from 2nd to 1st Catalan Division in the 03-04.

Alike, developed the post of coordinator of CB Vilassar de Dalt between 1998 and 2004.
