Rafael Antonio Luis Barthelemi, known in the world of basketball by Reggie Charles, is Dominican 2'01 forward born in 1981 who in LEB Silver in Spain has averaged 11.4 points and 4.4 rebounds (with 36% in shots three) in 24 games played with the UB Sabadell in 2007-2008.
Nicknamed "The Pharaoh", took his first steps into the club Los Cañeros La Romana. With 17 years received a scholarship to play at the high school of Champagnat (Florida), where he was selected for the McDonald's All Americas. After he played very well in various minor leagues in his country with various teams in Los Cañeros La Romana averaged 16.6 points and 8 rebounds per game in the Lidoba (Dominican professional league) in 2005.
