Andrea Oravcova is one of the top young european point guards, international with Slovakia and with experience in some of the best slovakian teams, playing for Nitra in the 2009-10 season when she averaged 14,4 points and 4,3 rebounds per game.

After playing in youth teams in Ruzomberok where she already averaged 20 minutes per game in FIBA Cup being still an U18 player, Andrea had her fist brilliant season in 2006-2007, in her second year as senior , averaging 10,1 points per game in Extraliga and 7,6 poins per game in FIBA Cup (where she scored 17 points against Iziane Castro´s TTT Riga).

Andrea Oravcova while in Ruzomberok was three times Extraliga runner-up, twice regular season runner up and also regular season Champion in 2006.

In the 2007-08 season, Andrea signs with Banska Bystrica where she has a great season and averages 17,1 points per game, is named in the best team in the competition and also in the best five of national players.

Andrea Oravcova signs in Nitra in the 2008-09 season and averages 11,2 points and 3,5 rebounds per game and reaches Extraliga Semifinals.

Andrea Oravcova stayed in Nitra during the 2009-10 season and averages 14,4 points, 4,3 rebounds, 2,9 assists and 3,3 steals per game, being named in the best slovakian five in the competition, recieving a Extraliga Honorable Mention and having good games against the big teams like 15 points against Euroleague Dobri Anjeli Kosice or 24 points against Ruzomberok.

Once Extraliga finished she moved to Bosnia to play the playoffs with Jedinstvo.

Andrea has also played in the different slovakian youth teams.

She played the U16 European Championship in 2003 and in 2004, being one year younger she averaged 10,6 points per game in the U18 European Championship Division A.

Andrea Oravcova had a great impact in the 2005 U18 European Championship Division A, averaging 15,4 points 4,1 rebounds and 2,7 steals per game, scoring 12 three pointers in just 7 games.

Andrea scored 19 points against France who had de Sandrine Gruda, Jennifer Digbeu, Jannault, Lardy or Endene Miyem and also had 19 points and 8 rebounds against Dora Horti´s Hungary.

In the 2006 summer, Andrea Oravcova played the U20 European Championship, averaging 13,3 points 5,1 rebounds and 2,9 steals with 60% from the field and won the bronze medal with Slovakia.

Andrea had 12 points and 7 steals against Petronyte´s Lithuania and 16 points and 8 rebounds against Dureika and Verameyenka´s Belarus.

Andrea Oravcova made her debut in Slovakian Senior National Team in 2007 and has played Qualifying Rounds for European Championships.

Andrea Oravcova signs with Poprad during the 2010-11 season averaging 13,2 points per game with 53% from the field, 35% from the three point range and 87% in free throws.

Poprad finishes the season tied in second position and Andrea shines in both games against Ruzomberok with 20 points and in the only defeat of Euroleague Kosice in Regular Season with 23 points.

Andrea Oravcova signed with Sedis Cadi in the 2011-12 season, playing in Spanish 1st division.
