Serbian point guard, Brankica Hadzovic is having a strong start of 2011 with Jedinstvo BP and last weekend defeated Lupa Promotion, croatian team who was eliminated by russian Chevakata in FIBA Cup, 69 to 54 with 22 points 4 rebounds 4 assists and 9 recieved fouls by Brankica Hadzovic which took her up to 23 in efficiency.
Brankica Hadzovic had scored 22 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and dished 5 assist in the last game, almost beating Euroleague´s Gospic, who had to use a lot their starters to finally win 75 to 68 with 20 points by Marija Vrsaljko, 14 by Jelena Ivezic and Sandra Mandir and 9 by Maurita Reid and Michelle Maslowski. One week before, Jedinstvo BP had an extraordinary game and beat Partizan 83 to 63 with 23 points 3 rebounds 3 assists and 4 recieved fouls for total 20 in efficiency by Brankica Hadzovic. Partizan is having a very nice season, being the group leader in their FIBA Cup Qualifying Round after beating Aris Salónica and twice Iziane Castro, Kelly Santos and Iveta Salskaute´s Besiktas. In eighteen finals, Partizan defeated Minsk 2006 and finally lostin eight finals against the former Champion, Sony Athinaikos, despite winning by 6points in Belgrade. After 19 rounds in Adriatic League, Brankica Hadzovic is currently averaging 14,5 points 2,8 rebounds 2,3 assists and 1,5 steals per game with 55,8% from the field. Her team, Jedinstvo Bijelo Polje is having a good season and ranks fifth in Adriatic league with 11 wins and 6 losses, only behind Gospic (17-2), Partizan (15-4), Merkur Celje (14-5) and Jolly Sibenik (13-5). |
