Aina Ayuso started playing basketball in Sant Just and also played later for Sarrià and Almeda.
At club level, Aina Ayuso finished the U14 Catalan Championship in 3rd position and the U14 Spanish Championship in 4th position during the 2012/13 season, being one of the best players in the Tournaments and receiving a scholarship to join Segle XXI in the 2013/14 season.
In August 2014, Aina Ayuso played and won the Friendship Tournament with the U15 Spanish National Team.
In the 2014/15 season and still as an U16 player, Aina Ayuso had her debut with Siglo XXI in Spanish 2nd division and she averaged 3.1 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.7 assists in 11 minutes per game.
Aina Ayuso played the U16 European Championship in 2015 with the Spanish National Team and reached the Semifinals, averaging 9.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.7 steals per game.
Aina Ayuso was an impact player in Spanish 2nd division in the 2015/16 season and she averaged 11.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2 assists, 3.9 drawn fouls and +9.4 efficiency per game.
