Latvian international combo guard Kristine Karklina has renewed her contract for the 2011-12 season with Sedis Cadi after arriving to the catalan club in the 17th week (4 wins 12 losses balance) and contributing to the team´s salvation with 5 wins in the 10 games that she played.
Kristine averaged 10,3 points 2,9 rebounds and 2,6 recieved fouls for 8,4 in efficiency in 23 minutes per game, being MVP of the 20th week with 25 points and 30 in efficiency. Kristine Karklina has recently finished her participation in the 2011 European Championship, finishing in eigth position and being one of the key players of the Latvian National Team after playing 28 minutes per game. Kristine shone specially in the quarter finals game against the future Champion, Russia with 18 points (8/9 from the field) and 4 rebounds. |
