After signing with the Dallas Wings in the WNBA, Tori began her professional career playing in Puerto Rico for Gigantes de Carolina and later she averaged 13.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game in Lithuanian League and 12.2 points and 8.2 rebounds per game in the Eurocup with Sirenos.

In the 2017/18 season, Tori Jarosz signed in Israel with Rishon Le-Zion and she averaged 15.9 points, 11.2 rebounds and +22 efficiency per game.

Tori Jarosz signed in Greece with Kalyvion in the 2018/19 season and she averaged 15.6 points, 11 rebounds and +21.6 efficiency per game.

Tori Jarosz signed in Italy with Battipaglia in the 2019/20 season and she averaged 15.6 points, 12.8 rebounds and +21.7 efficiency per game.

In the 2020/21 season, Tori Jarosz signed in Poland with Sosnowiec and she averaged 10.7 points, 8.6 rebounds and +14.8 efficiency in 25 minutes per game.

In April 2021, Tori Jarosz signed in the WNBA with the Dallas Wings.
