Leonor Rodríguez dominated Spanish basketball at a youth level and she won 4 Spanish Championships, was 3 times Spanish Championship MVP, 4 times Spanish Championship best scorer, 5 times Spanish Championship Best Passer and also was 12 times Canarias Champion.

Leonor Rodríguez had her debut in Liga Femenina when she was just 16 years and 6 days and during the 2007/08 season she averaged 4.7 points and +5.3 efficiency in 15 minutes per game with C.B.Islas Canarias, shining against Cadí La Seu (12 points +10 efficiency), Rivas (9 points +12 efficiency in 16 minutes), Mann Filter (17 points +21 efficiency) and Extrugasa (16 points 8 rebounds +22 efficiency).

Leonor Rodríguez also played with Canarias during the 2008/09 season and she averaged 6.2 points and +5.5 efficiency in 17 minutes per game, having great games against Extrugasa (24 points +22 efficiency), Mann Filter (17 points +21 efficiency) and Rivas (19 points +22 efficiency).

In the 2009/10 season, Leonor Rodríguez started her college career at Florida State University. Leonor had a huge senior year during the 2012/13 season, averaging 14.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game with 45% from the field and 35% from the 3 point line, being also named First Team ACC. Leonor was dominant against Florida (21 points), Iowa (28 points 6 assists), Nebraska (24 points), Georgia Tech (23 points), Wake Forest (19 points 8 rebounds), Miami (21 points 7 assists), North Carolina State (26 points) and North Carolina (22 points).

Apart from her sports awards, Leonor has also received the Golden Nole Award in 2012 and 2013 (for her commitment to excellence in sport, class and community), the Matthew Schumauch Leadership Award in 2012 and 2013, the Diploma "Canarian in the Elite" in 2010 and also was Academic Honor Roll in 2010.

Leonor Rodríguez had also a stellar career with Spanish National Team. In 2006, she won the Gold Medal in the U16 European Championship and in 2007 she won the Silver Medal in the U16 European Chapmionship and was named in the Tournament First Team after averaging 16.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5 assists per game and shining in the Final against France with 25 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals.

In 2008, Leonor played the U18 European Championship and she averaged 11.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 steals in 24 minutes per game. Leo impressed in the U18 European Championship played in 2009 and she won the Gold Medal and was named again in the First Team after averaging 15.3 points and 3.4 rebounds per game and scoring 22 on France in the Final.

During the 2009 summer, Leonor also won the Silver Medal in the U19 World Championship and she averaged 11.6 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.

In the 2010 summer, Leonor Rodríguez won the Silver Medal in the U20 European Championship, averaging 11 points and 5.1 rebounds per game. One year later, in 2011, Leonor Rodríguez won the Gold Medal in the U20 European Championship and she averaged 8.7 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3 assists in 22 minutes per game.

Leonor Rodríguez signed a 3 year deal with Perfumerías Avenida in the 2013/14 season and she won the Queen´s Cup and was Liga Femenina Finalist afer averaging 8.4 points, 2 rebounds and +7.1 efficiency in 22 minutes per game. Leonor also played the Euroleague and had 6.7 points and 2 assists in 21 minutes per game.

In September 2014, Leonor Rodríguez won the Gold Medal with the Spanish National Team in the World Championship played in Turkey.

Leonor Rodríguez started the 2014/15 season becoming Spanish Supercup Champion, scoring 7 points in 10 minutes. In Liga Femenina, Leonor averaged 5.1 points, 2 rebounds and +4.7 efficiency in 15 minutes per game, increasing her production in the Final against Girona with 8.5 points in 19 minutes per game. Leonor Rodríguez won again the Spanish Queen´s and had 14 points in 22 minutes. In the Euroleague, Leonor reached again the Top 8.

In the 2015/16 season, Leonor Rodríguez continued in Perfumerías Avenida and she won the Spanish League and averaged 9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 21 minutes per game with excellent 56% from the field, 35% in 3 pointers and 87% in free throws. Leonor had good games against Girona (18 points +20 efficiency), Azkoitia (15 points +21 efficiency) and Mann Filter (15 points +23 efficiency).

Leonor Rodríguez also had a good season in the Euroleague, averaging 7.5 points in 18 minutes per game and shining against Sopron and Fenerbahce with 14 points.

In the 2016 summer, Leonor Rodríguez won the Silver Medal with the Spanish National Team in the Olympic Games in Rio and later, in october 2016, she received the Sport Merit Bronze Medal from the Spanish Government.

Leonor Rodríguez signed with Uni Girona in the 2016/17 season and she was Spanish League and Cup Finalist. Leonor averaged 10.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 26 minutes per game in League, with 50% from the field and 42% from the 3 point line. Leonor also played the Eurocup and she averaged 12.9 points, 4 rebounds and +14.2 efficiency in 26 minutes per game with 65% from the field, 43% in 3 pointers and 88% from the free throw line.

In the 2017 summer, Leonor Rodríguez won the Gold Medal in the European Championship with the Spanish National Team.

Leonor Rodríguez signed in Poland, with Wisla Krakow, in the 2017/18 season and she averaged 15.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game in Polish League and 15 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game in Euroleague.

In the 2018/19 season, Leonor Rodríguez re-signed with Wisla Krakow and she averaged 16.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game in Eurocup (54%FG | 38% 3P) and 13.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists in Polish League.

In the 2019/20 season, Leonor Rodríguez signed in Turkey with Cukurova and she averaged 13.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists in 27 minutes per game in Turkish League (52% 2P | 54% 3P | 80% 1P) and 12.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in the Euroleague.

In January 2020, Leonor Rodríguez signed in Italy with Famila Schio and she averaged 16.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3 assists and +18.5 efficiency per game in Italian League (with amazing 65.8% 2P and 48.1% 3P) and 9 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists per game in the Euroleague.

In the 2020/21 season, Leonor Rodríguez returned to Spain and signed with Perfumerías Avenida, averaging 7.3 points (41% 3P) and +7.9 efficiency in 19 minutes per game in League and 12.5 points, 5 rebounds and +16 efficiency in 23 minutes per game in the Queen´s Cup.

With Avenida, Leonor won the Spanish League, the Spanish Supercup and reached the Euroleague Final.

Leonor Rodríguez re-signed with Perfumerías Avenida in the 2021/22 season and she averaged 10 points, 3.2 rebounds and +12.4 efficiency in 24 minutes per game in Spanish League and 7.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists and +7.7 efficiency in 20 minutes per game in Euroleague, becoming Spanish League and Cup Champion and reaching Euroleague 3rd position.

Leonor Rodríguez stayed in Perfumerías Avenida during the 2022/23 season and she averaged 6.6 points and +7.5 efficiency in 19 minutes per game in Spanish League and 6.2 points per game in the Euroleague in addition to averaging 10.3 points in 17 minutes per game with Spain the 2023 Eurobasket Qualifiers.
