Tijana Ajdukovic played with Spartak Subotica and averaged 13.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game during the 2009/10 season to later move to Hemofarm and win the Serbian Cup.
In the 2010/11 season, Tijana Ajdukovic played also for Hemofarm and she averaged 11.3 points in 20 minuts per game, finishing the Serbian League regular season in 1st position.
In the 2011 summer, Tijana Ajdukovic played the U20 European Championship in Novi Sad and she averaged 9 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 17 minutes, finishing in 4th position and shining against Lithuania (19 points and 7 rebounds in 22 minutes) and Spain (12 points 11 rebounds 6 blocks).
Tijana Ajdukovic played for Hemofarm during the 2011/12 season and she averaged 13.7 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game in Adriatic League and 13.1 points and 8.1 rebounds in Serbian League. Tijana won the Serbian Cup and was the Final MVP after a great game in which she had 20 points, 11 rebounds, 3 blocks and +30 efficiency.
In the 2012/13 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Italy with Parma and she reached the Italian League and Cup Semifinals, averaging 5.3 points and 4.7 rebounds in 15 minutes per game.
