Romana Vynuchalova played the U20 European Championship 2004 with the Slovakian National Team and she averaged 10.7 points and 7.4 rebounds in 23 minutes per game,shining against Spain with 21 points and 12 rebounds. In the 2006 summer, Romana also played the U20B European Championship and averaged 12.7 points and 4 rebounds per game.

After 2 seasons at Penn State, Romana Vynuchalova returned to Europe and in the 2008/09 season she signed in Austria with the Flying Foxes and averaged 9 points and 6 rebounds per game.

In the 2009 summer, Romana Vynuchalova played the European Championship with the Slovakian Senior National Team and she averaged 6.8 points and 2.9 rebounds in 21 minutes per game.

Romana extended her contract with the Flying Foxes for the 2009/10 season and she won both the Austrian League and Cup.

In the 2010/11 season, Romana Vynuchalova signed in Spain with Extrugasa and she averaged 9.5 points and 4.3 rebounds in 24 minutes per game, shining against Mann Filter (14 points 8 rebounds +22 efficiency), Ros Casares (13 points +16 efficiency) and Olesa (19 points +17 efficiency).

In the 2011 summer, Romana Vynuchalova played the European Championship and she was the starting center in the Slovakian National Team, averaging 8.3 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

In the 2011/12 summer, Romana Vynuchalova signed with Mann Filter Zaragoza and averaged 5.3 points and 2.5 rebounds in 14 minutes per game, shining against Sóller with 20 points and 5 rebounds.

Romana Vynuchalova signed with Samorin in the 2012/13 season and she averaged 14 points and 5.9 rebounds per game in Slovakian League and reached the Semifinals both in League and Cup.

Romana continued in Samorin during the 2013/14 season and she averaged 15.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and +20.7 efficiency in MEL, extending her contract also for the 2014/15 season and averaging 14.9 points, 7.9 rebounds and +20.7 efficiency in 29 minutes per game, shining against Spiskka Nova Ves (29 points +38 efficiency), Miskolc (14 points 9 rebounds +33 efficiency) and Piestanske Cajky (14 points 16 rebounds +32 efficiency).

Romana Vynuchalova played one more year in Samorin and during the 2015/16 season she averaged 11.5 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and +15.1 efficiency in 29 minutes per game.

Romana played her fifth consecutive year with Samorin during the 2016/17 season and she averaged 14.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and +17.2 efficiency per game.

In the 2017/18 season, Romana Vynuchalova signed in Turkey with Adana ASKI.
