Background/Bio

Adrijana Knezevic won the Gold Medal with the Serbian National Team in the U16 European Championship 2003 and after playing also the U18 European Championship 2004, she won the Gold Medal in the U18 European Championship 2005, averaging 14.4 points and 4.6 rebounds in 25 minutes per game.

In the 2005 summer, Adrijana Knezevic also played the U19 World Championship and she won the Silver Medal and averaged 13 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.

Adrijana Knezevic signed in Spain with Ros Casares in the 2005/06 season and she averaged 2.9 points and 1.8 rebounds in 11 minutes per game in Liga Femenina and 3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 10 minutes per game in the Euroleague.

Adrijana moved to Perfumerías Avenida in the 2006/07 season and played again the Euroleague and reached the Liga Femenina Final.

In the 2007 summer, Adrijana Knezevic won the Silver Medal in the U20 European Championship and she averaged 12.5 ponits, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2.6 steals per game. It was not the only accomplishment of the summer since Adrijana won also the Gold Medal in the World University Games played in Bangkok.

In the 2007/08 season, Adrijana Knezevic signed in Italy with Faenza and she averaged 6.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 20 minutes per game in the Euroleague.

Adrijana returned to Spain in the 2008/09 season and playing for Gran Canaria she averaged 11 points and 3.9 rebounds per game in Liga Femenina and 14.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game in the Eurocup.

In the 2009/10 season, Adrijana Knezevic signed with Sóller and she averaged 7.9 points and 2.8 rebounds in 21 minutes per game.

Adrijana Knezevic also played the Qualifying Round for the 2011 European Championship and she averaged 10.5 points and 2.8 rebounds per game with the Serbian National Team.

After starting the 2010/11 season in Serbia with Spartak Subotica, Adrijana Knezevic signed in France ni January 2011 and she averaged 9.4 points and 3.3 rebounds in 24 minutes per game, playing for Villeneuve D´Ascq.

In the 2011/12 season, Adrijana Knezevic signed in Poland with Lotos Gdynia and she played again the Euroleague, averaging 9.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 24 minutes per game and shining against Galatasaray (17 points) and Ros Casares (16 points).

Adrijana Knezevic returned to France in the 2012/13 season and playing for Toulouse she averaged 10.3 points, 5 rebounds and 2.2 assissts in 27 minutes per game.

Adrijana started the 2013/14 season in Toulouse and finished it with Spartak Subotica, averaging 22 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 3 steals per game.

In November 2014, Adrijana Knezevic signed in Spain with Campus Promete and she averaged 13.2 points, 5 rebounds, 3.6 drawn fouls and 2.6 assists per game, shining against Ferrol (22 points 8 rebounds +27 efficiency) and Al-Qázeres (17 points +23 efficiency).

In the 2015/16 season, Adrijana Knezevic signed with Uni Girona and she averaged 7.6 points and 3.6 assists per game in the Euroleague and 7 points and 3.9 rebounds in 22 minutes per game in Liga Femenina, reaching the Final and having good games against Cadí La Seu (15 points in 25 minutes), Campus Promete (12 points 7 rebounds +18 efficiency) and Mann Filter (14 points 8 rebounds).

In the 2016/17 season, Adrijana Knezevic signed in Turkey with Girne and she averaged 11.3 points, 4 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game, shining in both games against Galatasaray with 21 points in each.

Adrijana Knezevic started the 2017/18 season in Turkey with Bornova Becker and she average 10 points and 6 rebounds in Turkish League and 12.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and +14.7 efficiency in 26 minutes per game in the EEWBL.

In October 2017, Adrijana Knezevic returned to Spain and signed with Campus Promete.
