Egle Sulciute had her debut in Euroleague when she was just 17 years old and 2 seasons later, playing for Lietuvos Vilnius, she averaged 10.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in 18 minutes per game during the 2014/15 Euroleague, finishing in 3rd position and shining against Sopron with 23 points. With Vilnius, Egle won both the Lithuanian and the Baltic Leagues.

In the 2005 summer, Egle Sulciute played the U20B European Championship and aveaged 16.5 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists per game, being Top 5 in the Tournament in points, rebounds, assists, double doubles and blocks.

Egle Sulciute also played the Senior European Championship 2005 and she reached the Semifinals after averaging 10 points and 4.3 rebounds in 23 minutes per game and shining against Spain with 17 points and 8 rebounds.

Egle Sulciute continued in Vilnius during the 2005/06 season and she played again the Euroleague Final Four and averaged 19.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game in Baltic League.

In the 2006 summer, Egle Sulciute played the World Championship in Brazil and she averaged 13.5 points and 7 rebounds per game, qualifing in sitxh position.

Egle Sulciute extended her contract with TEO Vilnius during the 2006/07 season and she averaged 13.3 points and 6 rebounds per game in Lithuanian League and 4.7 points in 12 minutes per game in Euroleague, reaching the Quarterfinals.

Egle played the European Championship in 2007 and she averaged 8.6 points and 4.9 rebounds in 20 minutes per game, shining against France with 21 ponits and qualifying with Lithuania in 6th position.

Egle Sulciute started the 2007/08 season with TEO Vilnius and she averaged 11 points in 23 minutes per game in Euroleague. Later, she moved to Italy and playing for Lavezzini Parma she averaged 8.5 points per game.

Egle continued in Italy during the 2008/09 season and playing for Faenza she averaged 7.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, becoming Italian Cup Champion.

In the 2009 summer, Egle Sulciute had a great European Championship, averaging 14.8 points and 4.5 rebounds in 26 minutes per game and shining against Turkey with 30 points and 10 rebounds.

Egle signed in Spain in the 2009/10 season and with Celta Vigo she averaged 14.9 points and 6.4 rebounds per game and reached the Liga Femenina 6th position. Egle had great games against Ibiza (29 points 10 rebounds +37 efficiency and 22 points 7 rebounds +27 efficiency), Ros Casares (20 points 6 rebounds and 19 points 7 rebonds +24 efficiency), Salamanca (22 points 8 rebounds +25 efficiency), Canoe (25 points 9 rebounds +30 efficiency) and Sóller (20 points 8 rebounds).

Egle Sulciute extended her contract with Celta Vigo in the 2010/11 season and she was again one of the best post players in Spanish Liga Femenina after averaging 13.6 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.

In the 2011 summer, Egle Sulciute played the European Championship in Poland and she averaged 8.9 points and 3.9 rebounds in 22 minutes per game, having her best game against Russia with 20 points and 8 rebounds and finsihing the Tournament in 7th position.

Egle started the 2011/12 season in France and playing for Mondeville she averaged 15.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Egle moved to Galatasaray for the second part of the season and she reached the Euroleague Final Eight and averaged 4.5 points in 16 minutes per game.

In the 2012/13 season, Egle Sulciute signed in Spain with Perfumerías Avenida and she won the Spanish League, averaging 8.8 points, 6.4 rebounds and +12 efficiency in 24 minutes per game. In the Euroleague, Egle averaged 10.4 points and 4.6 rebounds in 24 minutes per game, shining against Prague (15 points 11 rebounds) and Kosice (15 points.). Egle also won the Spanish Supercup in a game in which she was a key player with 13 points, 9 rebounds and +17 efficiency.

After giving birth to twins, Egle Sulciute signed in Lithuania with Utena during the 2014/15 season and she won the Lithuanian League and the Cup, averaging 15.4 points and 6.7 rebounds in 26 minutes per game with 44% from the 3 point line. Egle also played the Eurocup and she averaged 11.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.

In the 2015/16 season, Egle Sulciute signed in Poland with Sleza Wroclaw and she played the Cup Final and reached the League Semifinals after averaging 8.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and +9.1 efficiency in 18 minutes per game. Egle scored with efficiency and had 53% from the field, 38% in 3 pointers and 81% from the free throw line.

In the 2016/17 season, Egle Sulciute signed in Italy with San Martino and she averaged 12.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and +14.6 efficiency with 61% from the field, shining in the big games against Ragusa (25 points 8 rebounds +31 efficiency) and Napoli (22 points 7 rebouds +27 efficiency).

In the 2017/18 season, Egle Sulciute signed in France with Union Hainaut.
