Tijana Ajdukovic won the Gold Medal with the Serbian National Team in the 2015 European Championship, defeating France in the Final (76-68).
In the 2015/16 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed with USK Praha and she averaged 8.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 14 minutes per game in Czech League, becoming Czech Champion and reaching the Euroleague Final Four.
In the 2016/17 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Turkey with Botas and she averaged 6.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in 23 minutes per game.
In February 2017, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Hungary with Sopron and she won both the Hungarian League and Cup and averaged 4.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 10 minutes per game in Hungarian League and 6 points and 2.7 rebounds in 19 minutes per game in Euroleague.
In the 2017/18 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Poland with Sleza Wroclaw.
