Tijana Ajdukovic played with Spartak Subotica and averaged 13.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game during the 2009/10 season to later move to Hemofarm and win the Serbian Cup.

In the 2010/11 season, Tijana Ajdukovic played also for Hemofarm and she averaged 11.3 points in 20 minuts per game, finishing the Serbian League regular season in 1st position.

In the 2011 summer, Tijana Ajdukovic played the U20 European Championship in Novi Sad and she averaged 9 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 17 minutes, finishing in 4th position and shining against Lithuania (19 points and 7 rebounds in 22 minutes) and Spain (12 points 11 rebounds 6 blocks).

Tijana Ajdukovic played for Hemofarm during the 2011/12 season and she averaged 13.7 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game in Adriatic League and 13.1 points and 8.1 rebounds in Serbian League. Tijana won the Serbian Cup and was the Final MVP after a great game in which she had 20 points, 11 rebounds, 3 blocks and +30 efficiency.

In the 2012/13 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Italy with Parma and she reached the Italian League and Cup Semifinals, averaging 5.3 points and 4.7 rebounds in 15 minutes per game.

Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Hungary with PINKK Pecs in the 2013/14 season and she averaged 13.1 points, 6.9 rebounds and +15.2 efficiency in 22 minutes per game in MEL and 11 points, 5.4 rebounds in 22 minutes per game in Eurocup.

In January 2014, Tijana Ajdukovic was traded to Spartak Moscow and she averaged 7.4 points, 4.4 rebounds and +7.6 efficiency in 19 minutes per game in Euroleague, shining in the win against Galatasaray (16 points 10 rebounds +22 efficiency). Tijana also played the russian League and she averaged 8.6 points and 4.7 rebounds in 20 minutes per game, shining against Chevakata with 23 points and 6 rebounds.

Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Poland with Energa Torun in the 2014/15 season and she averaged 10.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in Euroleague, playing great against Nadezhda Orenburg (19 points 10 rebounds), Agü Spor (19 points 10 rebounds) and Perfumerías Avenida (14 points 9 rebounds) and 5.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and +5.6 efficiency in 12 minuts per game in Polish League, reaching the Final both in Polish League and Cup.

Tijana Ajdukovic won the Gold Medal with the Serbian National Team in the 2015 European Championship, defeating France in the Final (76-68).

In the 2015/16 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed with USK Praha and she averaged 8.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 14 minutes per game in Czech League, becoming Czech Champion and reaching the Euroleague Final Four.

In the 2016/17 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Turkey with Botas and she averaged 6.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in 23 minutes per game.

In February 2017, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Hungary with Sopron and she won both the Hungarian League and Cup and averaged 4.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 10 minutes per game in Hungarian League and 6 points and 2.7 rebounds in 19 minutes per game in Euroleague.

In the 2017/18 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Poland with Sleza Wroclaw.
