Natalie Day played most of her college career at Portland and she averaged 11.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game in the 2009/10 season, 14.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in the 2010/11 season and finally 17.8 points and 8.1 rebounds per game in the 2011/12 season.

With the U.S Virgin Islands National Team, Natalie Day played the Centrobasket in 2010 and she averaged 8.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. In 2011, Natalie won the Bronze Medal in the CBC Championship, shining with 25.5 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.3 steals per game, shining against San Vicente (36 points), Trinidad y Tobago (29 points 9 rebounds) and Bahamas (27 points 14 rebounds).

In the 2012 summer, Natalie Day played the Centrobasket and averaged 13.8 points and 6.6 rebounds pe game, having her best games against Trinidad y Tobago (21 points 9 rebounds) and Cuba (19 points 7 rebounds).

Natalie Day started her professional career in the 2012/13 season after signing in Finland with Hypo and averaging 17.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.

Natalie Day played the CBC Championship in 2014 and she won the Bronze Medal after averaging 15.8 points, 11.4 rebounds, 3.8 steals and 2.8 blocks per game, having her best games against Barbados (25 points 8 rebounds), Bahamas (17 points 17 rebounds) and Jamaica (16 points 15 rebounds). Natalie also played the Centrobasket and she averaged 18.2 points and 13.6 rebounds per game, shining against Jamaica (24 points 18 rebounds) and Cuba (23 points 14 rebounds).

In the 2014/15 season, Natalie Day signed in Denmark with Lemvig and she averaged 24.6 points and 13.6 rebounds per game, excelling against Amager (37 points 15 rebounds +50 efficiency) and Horsholm (36 points 17 rebounds +49 efficiency).

In the 2015 summer, Natalie played again the CBC Championship and she won the Bronze Medal and averaged 12.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game. Natalie also played the Centrobasket and had a good performance with 13.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game, shining against Argentina (21 points 14 rebounds) and Brazil (16 points 6 rebounds).

In the 2015/16 season, Natalie Day signed in Greece with GS Kronos Agiou Dimitriou and she averged 18.1 points and 9.2 rebounds per game, performing specially well against Niki Lefkadas (29 points 20 rebounds +34 efficiency) and Olympiakos (33 points 10 rebounds +30 efficiency).

In the 2016/17 season, Natalie Day signed in France with Limoges and she averaged 13.7 points and 8.2 rebounds in 28 minutes per game.

In the 2017 summer, Natalie Day won the Gold Medal and was the Centrobasket MVP after averaging 18.6 points and 11 rebounds per game. Few days later, Natalie also played the FIBA Americup and she averaged 13.8 points and 10.5 rebounds, shining in the win against Brzil with 20 points, 13 rebounds and +25 efficiency.

In the 2017/18 season, Natalie Day signed in Finland with Catz.
