Tiene una buena envergadura y una complexión fuerte, a pesar de su aparente aspecto delgado. Entre sus virtudes ofensivas, cabe destacar que se aprovecha de su mayor velocidad para vencer a los pívots rivales en el 1c1, tanto de espaldas como de cara.

Juega muy bien sin balón, sobre todo en situaciones de pick and roll. Es un finalizador muy explosivo: puede recibir el balón y realizar el mate por encima de su defensor. En defensa puede ser un buen intimidador. Con sus largos brazos y la habilidad para saltar, consigue una buena cantidad de tapones de forma regular. Tiene las herramientas físicas, tales como la envergadura o la rapidez, y muestra la actitud correcta para convertirse en un defensor de confianza. También es un buen reboteador, consiguiendo muchos rebotes de defensa gracias a su capacidad atlética.
