Jay "Microwave" (as he dubbed analysts CBS) Strowbridge is a young player that just left NCAA, with great athleticism, speed, excellent ball handling and great defense. Bob Knight said about Jay: "The kid Strowbridge defense is the best I Have ever seen." It's a great shooter and with a very quickly shoot. Highlighted at its High School, was nominated for the prestigious McDonald's All American as well as being included in the second best team in his state.
