Ivana is a spectacular three point shooter, averaging over three three pointers per game in Euroleague as well as in her previous competition in FIBA Europe Cup. She has always been close to 40% in threes or over that number. Ivana has played for her country in all youth national teams , competing for Yugoslavia in the U16 European Championships in 1997 and with Croatia in the U18 European Championships both in 1998 and 2000. After that she achieved to play in Croatian Senior National Team, playing the European Championships in seasons 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and also the qualifying round in 2009.

Ivana has played for Jolly JBS Sibenik almost her whole career, playing the 2005 FIBA Europe Cup where she averaged 12 points 2.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game, also scoring 28 three pointers in only 12 games with a 35,4%. Ivana played again the FIBA Europe Cup in 2006, averaging this time 14.5 points 3.1 rebounds 4.3 assistss and 32 three pointers in only 10 games, with a 36% in threes. In the Adriatic League 2007-2008, Ivana averaged 9.7 points with an excellent 58% in field goals and 42% in three point shots, winning the Adriatic League, the Adriatic League Regular Season and the Croatian Cup. Ivana Jurcevic won again the Adriatic League in the 2008-2009 season, averaging 11.7 points by game and being the best three point shooter in the competition with a superb 49%.

This season , Ivana Jurcevic played also the Euroleague with Jolly JBS Sibenik and she averaged 11,6 points per game, scoring 28 three pointers in just 9 games with an excellent 41,8% in three point shots. Ivana was specially brilliant against Ros Casares with 20 points (4 three pointers), against Union Hainuat with 18 points (6 three pointers) and against USK Prague with 17 points (5 three pointers).

In the 2009-2010 season, Ivana Jurcevic signs with Gospic and averages 10,1 points and 2,7 rebounds in Euroleague and 9,3 points with 40% from the 3 point range in Adriatic League. Ivana wins the Adriatic League, the Croatian Cup and the Croatian League after not losing any game in the whole league.
