Jill Bell was student at Bellevue High School for four years, seasons in which led to her school to the State Tournament. During this time, Jill was a star in athletics, being sixth in the World Junior 1999 in long jump (6.17 meter mark) and also participate successfully in 400 meter hurdles.

Already in the 2003-2004 season and as a freshman, averaging 5.7 points and 6.4 rebounds in 20 minutes per game, achieving the second highest rebounds team only surpassed by the exWNBA Giuliana Mendiola. Against Denver reached the 16 rebounds in a single match.
