Krisztina Raksányi is a 1,80m hungarian guard who despite being born in 1991 already has Euroleague and National Team experience, being one of the top Young players in Europe.
Krisztina has played her whole career for MiZo Pecs, team in which she had her debut in Euroleague being just 15 years old.
In the 2008-2009 season, still as junior player, Krisztina was able to get an important role for Pecs and she averaged 9 points per game in Hungarian League and averaged 19 minutes per game in Euroleague, sharing team with first level players as Anna Vajda, Nicole Ohlde, Kelly Mazzante or Dalma Ivanyi.
After beating Umana Reyer Venezia, MiZo Pecs lost in quarter final against future Euroleague Finalist, Spanish Perfurmerias Avenida.
That season Krisztina is named best newcomer in Hungarian League and best five in newcomers also.
Krisztina played with Hungary again the U18 European B Championship , becoming European Champion and averaging 11,5 points and 3,5 rebounds per game. She was name in the second best five in the tournament.
In the 2009-10 season, Krisztina Raksányi stays in MiZo Pecs, playing against Euroleague and averaging 2,8 points in 11,6 minutes per game. Pecs loses in the third game of eight finals against future Final Four team, Wisla Krakow.
Krisztina averages 8,5 points and 10,1 efficiency in Hungarian League playing 22 minutes per game and with 68% from the field and 34% in three pointers.
Krisztina Raksányi is one of the top 1991 european players and she is already an important player being able both to penetrate and shoot from outside. She is also a very smart player.
