Stefka Miteva is a young 1,90m international bulgarian player , with experience both in Bulgarian 1st division where she averaged 14,4 points 11,8 rebounds and 1,6 blocks in the 2008-09 season and in bulgarian youth national teams (9,1 points 8,3 rebounds in U20 European Championship Division A) that has helped her to be named in the 2010 Bulgarian Senior National Team.

Stefka´s career has been progressive, playing until the 2008-09 season in Rilski Sportist Samokov in Bulgarian first division, improving her 5,2 points and 7,3 rebounds in her first senor year (where she was League semifinalist) up to the 14,4 points and 11,8 rebounds in her second season (where she repeated League semifinals and also in Cup).

Stefka was the top rebounder in Bulgarian League and produced 20 points and 27 rebounds in her last game.

Once the 2008-09 season was over, Stefka Miteva played the U20 European championship in Gdynia (Poland), averaging 9,1 points and 8,3 rebounds and shining against Montenegro with 15 points and 15 rebounds or against Turkey with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Stefka starts the 2009-10 season with Aros Leon, in spanish 2nd division but after burocratic problems she moves to Soller to finish the season practicing with Soller, in Spanish 1st division.

In the 2010 summer, Stefka is named to play the Qualifying for the European Championship with Bulgarian National Senior Team.

Stefka Miteva is a young inside player, very athletic and with a big upside.

She is a great rebounder and shotblocker thanks to her excellent athletical conditions.

Stefka Miteva signs with Sóller in the 2010-11 season, averaging 1,5 points 2,4 rebounds and 1,4 in efficiency in 12 minutes per game in Spanish 1st division.
